This advisory group was tasked with developing a micro-credentials framework for CapU. I represented educational developers at CTE.

Conferences and Convenings Committee, ISSOTL
I have been an active member of this committee since 2018. I also contributed to the planning and implementation of the ISSOTL Connect Virtual Conference in February 2021. Resigned in September 2021.
Co-Lead, Early Career Educational Developers Group
Seeing a lack of networking opportunities for new educational developers, I approached the lead of the EDC Institute with the idea for a special interest group and ongoing virtual coffee chats. I was connected with Jess Nicol from Lethbridge College and together we have applied for special interest group designation with EDC as well as held regular virtual coffee chats since January 2021, averaging 25 participants.
Associate Editor, Canadian Journal for the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning
I joined the editorial team of CJSOTL in February 2021, after having served as the managing editor for Papers on Postsecondary Learning and Teaching and Emerging Perspectives for the past five years. I look forward to using this opportunity to increase CapU’s exposure to SOTL research across Canada.
