As a co-learner, I strive to continuously improve my own teaching skills and regularly develop new ones. To meet this goal, I regularly engage in professional development activities and participate in workshops as often as possible. Through these activities, I reflect on my teaching and educational development practices and develop strategies to improve them. I then apply my learning to my own teaching as well as in my workshops and consultations with others.
